How it works
- The estate agent sells the 365Beheer management services to the landlords ‘white labelled’, which means that the agent can make it completely his own brand and service. For example, documents can be provided with the agent’s own logo.
- If the estate agent has brokered a tenant, 365Beheer can then assume responsibility for the property management.
- The estate agent decides what amount to charge the landlord for the management services. The agent is paid a share of the profits each month, for which the agent takes care of the inspection, amongst other things.
- The management services are fully automated. As an estate agent, you manage your own management portfolio 24/7 online.
- If a tenant cancels the lease, 365Beheer informs the agent so that he can offer the property to let again.
